In an ever changing labour market, Challenger TAFE recognises the value of providing a FREE employment service for students, graduates (up to 12 months) and employers. Our labour market is the most dynamic it has ever been, progressing at a pace quicker than ever before!
To meet these demands, Challenger TAFE provides CareerConnect, a complete employment service which encompasses assistance with seeking work (JobConnect) and other employment preparation assistance. This service includes providing guidance with resume writing, interview techniques and a range of other associated employment preparation issues.
Students and graduates (up to 12 months), have access to assistance with job placement via JobConnect, thereby assisting Industry with employing quality trained staff.
